Looks like a lot, but necessary to keep my cycles regulated. I have Soy Isoflavones in the picture to show what they look like, but I am not taking them...YET... I seem to ovulate on time, but in a few cycles I may add them to make sure I am indeed ovulating, not just appearing to ovulate. :) My husbands reaction when he saw the pill case: `YOU REMIND ME OF MY NAN!!`.... oh boy!

wow good job girl! im gonna take epo and vitex next mth if i dont get a BFP this month! we cant get soy in australia, tho i have just fond a great lil health food shop so im gonna see if he can get them in!
